Senior Project Manager
The Project Manager is accountable for the management of assigned construction projects and its field supervisors in such a way as to ensure scheduled completion of projects within established budget, time, and quality standards. The Project Manager will cultivate new business relationships and maintain existing relationships with clients through monthly public relations activity and membership in professional, construction-related organizations, associations, or community groups.
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Planning and preparing all contract administration documents, executing and directing project activities, monitoring field installation process, coaching field personnel and developing and/or maintaining client relationships.
- Cost estimating, bid preparation, and proposal writing for assigned projects and the attainment of awarded projects within contract quotes.
- Code compliance and constructability of the project.
The Project Manager is innovative and resourceful in solving problems, continuously acting in the Owner’s best interest. This person will serve on weekly staff meetings and strategic planning meetings.
Internally, the incumbent interacts with finance/accounting, project managers, business development, and field personnel. Externally, the incumbent contacts owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and others who are associated with the assigned project.

Superintendent
The Superintendent is accountable for the on-site supervision of assigned construction projects and its field labor, trade contractors, and vendors in such a way as to ensure scheduled completion of the projects within established budget, time, and quality standards.
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications, and labor projections.
- Coordinating assistant superintendents and subcontractors.
- Directing construction activities.
- Resolving construction difficulties.
- Coordinating field installations and project closings.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager.
Internally, the Superintendent interacts with other project superintendents, field personnel, the office personnel and the Owner. Externally, the Superintendent contacts owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and others who are associated with project-related activities.

Water Intrusion Division
Engineer
The Engineer performs the assessment stage of the water intrusion inspection. This person inspects residences, looking for signs of damage caused by water intrusion. The Engineer reviews any reports and ensures that all repairs/problems are noted. The Engineer also completes construction-phase inspections, if needed. This person attends weekly meetings to discuss current inspections.
Inspector
The Inspector performs the construction stage of the water intrusion inspection. This person monitors repairs being done on homes, ensuring that everything is water-tight and all damaged material is removed. The Inspector completes reports on each home, noting what has occurred and what still needs to be done, until the house is complete. This person attends weekly meetings to discuss current inspections.

Administrative
The Administrative Assistant is accountable for answering the phone, greeting, hosting, screening, and directing clients and visitors. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the secretarial and clerical functions in support of corporate administration, business development, estimating, and project management consisting of word processing, typing, filing, mail, inventory, and other miscellaneous duties.
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager. Internally, this person interacts with corporate personnel at both line and staff levels. Externally, the Administrative Assistant interacts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.
